Quality

To ensure the quality of your care including a through evaluation and one-on-one treatment for your follow up, I am currently considered an out of network provider with all insurance companies for physical therapy services.

You can call your insurance company to find your out of network benefits for physical therapy. Upon request, a detailed super-bill can be provided at the end of your session, which you will then submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement or be applied towards your deductibles.
